Star Trek: Mission Chicago is the ultimate Star Trek fan experience for all ages! The buying and selling of counterfeit, knock-off and unlicensed materials is not tolerated at Star Trek: Mission Chicago. Violation of this rule will result in one and only one warning. A second violation and you'll be removed from the show.

TICKET INFORMATION

Ticket types and prices can be found here and once you click Buy Tickets, you'll be taken to our ticketing vendor where you can add the tickets and merchandise you want to your cart and check out.

All attendees six-years-old and up must purchase a ticket for Star Trek: Mission Chicago. Kids 6-12 must purchase a 3-Day Kids ticket in order to attend the Event. For those 13 and over, purchase of an adult ticket is required. Please be prepared to show proof of age onsite. Please note: all minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian.

Please note: The entitlements that come with the Priority One Access Package are only provided to the person holding the Priority One Access ticket. Children under 6 years of age may accompany a parent with a Priority One Access ticket but are required to sit on the parents lap for any panels at the Main Stage. Any additional family members 6 years of age and older that want to accompany a Priority One Access ticket holder and enjoy the entitlements that are provided with the package must also purchase a Priority One Access package.

If you purchase before our ticket mailing deadline, you will receive a physical badge in the mail before the show. If you miss the ticket mailing deadline, no worries! You will pick up your physical badge at the Will Call desks at Registration in McCormick Place West the weekend of the event. You will need your  Star Trek: Mission Chicago 2022 badge to attend the event and can grab one of the free lanyards when you arrive to wear it around your neck!

Tickets are expected to ship 3-4 weeks prior to the event. Ticket holders will receive an email update as more information becomes available.

Ticket and merchandise orders for International customers can be placed as usual. All International ticket and merchandise orders for Star Trek: Mission Chicago will only be available for pick up at Will Call at the event and will not ship to you. If you have any additional questions about International Orders, Please email our customer service team inquiry@startrekmissions.com.

The ticket mailing deadline is Sunday, February 13, 2022 at 11:59 PM PT. If you are purchasing your tickets before the ticket mailing deadline, they will be mailed via USPS to the address you provide. If you are purchasing your tickets after the ticket mailing deadline, please bring your email confirmation to Will Call (location TBA).

Star Trek: Mission Chicago Tickets Are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable but in the event that we postpone or cancel Star Trek: Mission Chicago we will offer fans the option to either transfer their tickets to the new event dates or receive a full refund of their ticket order.

Star Trek: Mission Chicago merchandise purchased during registration will ship separately from your tickets and will be arriving after you receive your tickets. 

Will Call is where you will go to pick up tickets, including any orders placed after the ticket mailing deadline or any international orders placed. We will post more information including location and hours closer to the show.

Yes! After you have completed the vaccine/negative test verification in West Level 3: Hall F2, proceed to Hall F1 and look for the “Buy Today” registration counter. To save time and enjoy more of what Star Trek: Mission Chicago has to offer, we encourage you to buy online prior to arrival.

Whether you're driving, flying or beaming into Chicago, you'll want to head to the West Building at McCormick Place located at 2301 S Indiana Ave, Chicago, IL 60616.

No, there isn't a coat check available for Star Trek: Mission Chicago.

Yes! Star Trek: Mission Chicago has a Quiet Room in Room W473 on Level 4 for those who need a break from the Show Floor, due to personal preservation, social anxiety or health issues. Strict volume levels will be enforced, as this is for resting, not socializing.

Yes! We will have all gender restrooms available at the show. You can view them on our show maps on our website and in the app when they're available, or locate them at the show with the help of a staff member. McCormick Place has them labeled as Family Restrooms. 

First Aid is located on Level 1 near the Transportation Center in McCormick Place West. All medical care is provided under the guidance of the McCormick Place Medical Director who is Board Certified in emergency medicine. Stations are staffed by Emergency Medical Service (EMS) providers, most of whom serve as full-time paramedics for the Chicago or suburban fire departments. In addition, two hospitals are situated within minutes of McCormick Place. City ambulances will be called to transport patients when needed.

Wheelchairs, scooters, information booths, designated parking, TDD telephones and other services are available for visitors with disabilities. For wheelchair/electric scooter rental contact our service partner Scootaround, Inc. at 888-441-7575 or by visiting their website at www.scootaround.com/rentals/m/mccormickplace to reserve in advance. Onsite rental may be available, depending on event schedules.

No. The only animals permitted in the Convention Center are service animals. 

The entire Star Trek: Mission Team is committed to making sure that all of our fans have an amazing experience. Please take inventory of your needs as they pertain to attending the show. Depending on what you need, our ADA Assistance Program may be for you. ReedPop Shows provide ADA assistance to individuals who may have mobility, physical, vision, hearing, cognitive, psychological, invisible or other types of disabilities.

RULES & POLICIES

Star Trek: Mission Chicago requires proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test for entry for all attendee fans age 5+. Participants age 5+ are required to show proof of completion of full vaccination with a COVID-19 vaccine approved or authorized for emergency use by the FDA or WHO or proof of a negative antigen or PCR COVID-19 test administered by a medical provider for admission. For the most part, you're welcome to take still pictures and video at Star Trek: Mission Chicago. However, please note that all photography and recording is prohibited during screenings, panels and in the photo op area. Also, please understand that guests may or may not pose for photographs with fans. Guests have a right to their privacy, and if they ask not to have their picture taken, please respect their wishes. This goes for cosplayers and other fans as well. 

Star Trek: Mission Chicago will attract local, national and international press. In purchasing this badge and in consideration for being admitted to the event, the holder consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity. Holder also hereby: (1) releases Reed Exhibitions from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits Reed Exhibitions and its designees which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter know for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of the event. Holder agrees not to make any recordings of any kind at designated activities without the express written permission of Reed Exhibitions. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove from the event facilities any person who in our sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which we reasonably consider to be disruptive of the event.

If you plan to bring a stroller, that's fine as long as it is not an oversized stroller. An oversized stroller is one that is a double wide one intended for 2 children.
